Batinfo: Can you introduce us to Créazur France?
Jean-Pierre Guallarano: CREAZUR France is a designer-distributor of bathroom and kitchenette items intended for 3 essential distribution channels: property development through prescriptions or listings with national property developers, online B2C sales on www.cuisibane.com and B2B online sales on www.creazurpro.com.

We have chosen to be designers in addition to distributors because more than 80% of our products are conceptualized in our R&D office and most of them have patents or industrial properties.
We distribute many families of products such as countertops and washbasins in synthetic resin, extra-flat shower trays in lightweight resin, bathroom furniture, illuminated LED mirrors, shower screens, SHOWER' ETANCH, concept of replacing a bath with a shower in one day, taps and kitchenettes with planiquartz (one-piece worktop with molded sink).
We store our products in our 40.000 m3 depots and soon, at the end of 2022, 60.000 m3. This storage volume allows us to meet a need for permanent stocks to ensure deliveries to our customers within 3 to 4 days.
Our company experiences significant double-digit growth each year and currently has 30 employees.
Batinfo: What are the innovations made by Créazur France?
Jean-Pierre Guallarano: They are numerous and very different from the classic distribution. Backed by the management team's long expertise in the "supply and installation" activity first, and now only as a distributor, our objective has always been to design quality and durable products at the best price with designs allowing significant productivity gains during installation.
To name but a few, for example we imagined 10 years ago the emptying of the "moulded overflow" for our basins and certain sinks.
We were also the forerunners of the significant increase of 8 to 12 cm in crawl spaces at the back of bathroom furniture to allow installation comfort.
Nearly 10 years ago we also designed bathroom furniture suitable for people with reduced mobility (the ALTEA or EPURE ranges) which have met with great success. This concept is now taken over by other manufacturers.
Our resin shower trays, although stronger in the "crash test", weigh about 50% less than those on the market thanks to a lighter material "creatine". The installers who install them know that these trays reduce the arduousness and are handled with one installer instead of two, resulting in even more installation.
The patented “STOP WATER” process is adopted on all of our shower enclosures. It provides mechanical sealing between the vertical wall profile and the profile's supporting wall.
The new range of ROSINOX bathroom furniture puts on the market an "all stainless steel" piece of furniture with "bluffing" finishes similar to wood and lacquers. This piece of furniture offers a "lifetime" longevity avoiding putting it down and putting it back down in the very humid worlds of bathrooms.
The clever KORA piece of furniture allows, in a reduced space, to position a bathroom piece of furniture with an integrated washing machine space.
The “DOUCH'ETANCH” and “DOUCH'EXPRESS” solutions allow a bathtub to be replaced by a shower in the record time of 24 hours without repairing wall tiles and floor tiles.
Batinfo: Can you tell us about your upcoming projects?
Jean-Pierre Guallarano: We are starting from the beginning of June 2022 the extension of a storage depot of 2.000 m² to enlarge our current depot of 4.000 m². Our storage capacity will therefore reach 2022 m² at a height of 6.000 m by the end of 10. To further develop our environmental actions, we are already installing nearly 1.000 m² of photovoltaic panels in our current building.
We are currently acquiring a land reserve of nearly one hectare in juxtaposition with our current structure in anticipation of the strong growth that we expect for the next few years.
We will open our export marketing in 2023 in Germany, Benelux, Switzerland and Austria.
