Batinfo: Can you tell us about Orisha Construction? What is its mission and how does it stand out in supporting construction industry players?

Pascal Andries: Orisha Construction is one of Orisha's five business divisions and the sector leader in France with more than 5 clients and €2.500 million in revenue.
This division, along with ADVAE, brings together more than 150 talents dedicated to the digitalization of the construction sector around an integrated offering covering all phases of construction. We cover the entire construction site lifecycle: upstream, with design offices and costing; during the execution phase, thanks to the management and financial monitoring provided by ONAYA BTP, which we acquired in 2021; and today, thanks to the acquisition of ADVAE, we now integrate site monitoring, collaborative work, reception and quality control via Finalcad and Wizzcad; finally, the supply of materials is handled by ONAYA Négoce, thus ensuring complete control of the supply chain. We are also number 1 in France and Belgium in the provision of management solutions for construction materials traders with the historic ONAYA Négoce offering.
These solutions help accelerate the digital transformation of construction industry players by providing them with cutting-edge tools.

Cyril Perrin: Regarding ADVAE, we are present in around fifteen countries, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Morocco, Singapore, Japan, and Peru. We have recently sought to refocus on the local and European markets.
Pascal Andries: This is one of ADVAE's strengths and the objectives of our merger; beyond the functionalities and the cloud platform, this international dimension is part of the Orisha Construction projects we are working on today.
Cyril Perrin : There is business expertise that truly covers the entire value chain, from the design phase to the delivery and maintenance phases. It is the complementarity between ONAYA BTP, ONAYA Négoce, and ADVAE solutions that constitutes an essential asset in building the Orisha Construction software platform. The goal is to provide the sector with the simplest and most comprehensive tools to help it achieve its digital transition.
Batinfo: Can you introduce ADVAE to us in a few key figures?
Cyril Perrin: ADVAE is the result of the merger of Finalcad and Wizzcad (400 client accounts and 20.000 active users) and leverages the legacy of both brands to offer construction professionals the benefits of digitalization. Our collaborative site monitoring solutions synchronize teams in the field and provide data feeds that facilitate performance monitoring and decision-making processes. These tools are particularly important in light of the challenges facing construction companies: the renovation and insulation of existing buildings, the relocation of industries, and the maintenance of infrastructure, while complying with increasingly demanding regulatory and environmental standards.
ADVAE is recognized for its collaborative project management platform, used by renowned clients such as Eiffage Construction, Besix, Fayat, Demathieu Bard, Vinci, Bureau Veritas and Action Logement.
Its cutting-edge SaaS technology integrates advanced features (simple and accessible self-onboarding ergonomics), such as BIM management, document management and monitoring of rehabilitations in occupied sites, while relying on intelligent data exploitation. Thanks to a data-driven approach, it allows for the optimization of decision-making, the anticipation of risks and the improvement of project performance, thus meeting the needs of a rapidly evolving sector.
We also have a public API that allows easy and in-depth integration into clients' IS (Information Systems).
Batinfo: How do you stand out from other players in the sector?
Cyril Perrin: The fact that we have business experts and therefore human support is not to be overlooked in this sector. Our strength lies in the proximity we maintain with our clients, both on a personal and functional level. Thanks to active listening—through user clubs and regular exchanges with our clients—we build a roadmap aligned with the trajectory and vision of the sector.
Pascal Andries: One of the major assets is clearly the size and power of the Orisha group. This allows us to mobilize resources more quickly, share best practices internally, and therefore accelerate our ability to innovate and respond to market needs. Compared to smaller players, we can go faster and further, while maintaining our agility to serve our customers.
Batinfo: Concretely, how does the integration of ADVAE strengthen Orisha Construction's value proposition for construction professionals?
Pascal Andries: We have many clients in common, both medium and large accounts, and for them a single point of contact represents a major asset.
The construction industry faces numerous challenges: rising raw material costs, a shortage of human resources, and ever-increasing regulatory changes. To maintain their margins and optimize resource use, companies in the sector, regardless of their size, must accelerate the digitalization of their processes.
ADVAE's integration also allows us greater modularity. We lacked a cloud-native application brick that would allow us to be physically present on construction sites to facilitate collaboration and the reporting of structured information. All of this data is then used to improve costing, identify productivity gains, measure the performance of the various stakeholders on a construction site, and thus reduce the additional costs related to non-compliances on construction sites, which currently represent more than 15% of the cost of a construction site.
The number of new housing starts is still heavily impacted, but we strongly believe in renovation activity, which is increasing quarter after quarter. ADVAE also provides us with this functional coverage with an application dedicated to rehabilitation in occupied environments.
Concretely, the synergies between Orisha Construction and ADVAE already benefit customers:
- 0 data re-entries between design offices and site managers.
- 0 paper on the ground
- Access to a secure cloud platform (authentication, scalability, security, etc.)
Batinfo: Can you share a news item or a notable project?
Pascal Andries: Without revealing any names, commercial synergies are already underway, and we should announce the first cross-sales in the coming months. We are also continuing to work on acquisitions to seek out functional building blocks that we might need, either by integrating long-standing partners or by integrating French European players. I hope to be able to reveal more by the end of the year.
As CEO, I would add that a rapprochement like this is a great pleasure on a daily basis. It's a blending and cross-fertilization of cultures that benefits everyone.
ADVAE brings the agility of a startup and Orisha the industrialization and acceleration of the sharing of best practices, particularly around AI.
In the case of ADVAE and ORISHA Construction, 100% of the teams contribute to all Front and Back office topics.
