1. DRAIN the foundations of your construction
It is essential to drain your construction in order to avoid water stagnating around your building which can cause capillary rise or hydrostatic pressures.
Poor drainage can cause multiple problems and weaknesses throughout your construction.
For this ATE has created a 3 in 1 product under ATEC and QB certified to replace THE GRAVEL + DRAIN + GEOTEXTILE: BATIFIBRE
Considered by professionals as the most economical solution on the market, BATIFIBRE is easy to use and works in most floors.
2. Transport the waters
Your building drainage system outside is mainly buried. Therefore it is subject to the weight of the earth and natural compaction of the soil.
For this ATE has developed the 1st range of tubing et fittings reinforced diameter 100 with joint: the range SANCOL.
With a resistance rating of SN4 and SN8 for the tube and SN4 for the fittings, the SANCOL diameter 100 range has been designed to withstand its buried use over time. In addition, SANCOL products are fitted with a reinforced seal to guarantee watertightness and support ground movements.
3. Rainwater infiltration or after treatment (ANC)
The waterproofing of soils associated with the urbanization process profoundly changes the hydrological balance. The volumes of infiltrated water decrease considerably, while the runoff volumes increase. It is therefore necessary to redistribute in the soil the water collected from your home (rainwater, treated water, etc.) in particular in order to increase the humidity of the soil and fight against its drying out, which can cause differential compaction of the soil. This also helps to recharge the groundwater.
For this, ATE has designed THE INFILTRATUBE. This solution redistributes the water in the soil.
Packed in a 2.50 ml rigid bar, it is a 200 diameter with double perforation. Coated with a specific fiber, the INFILTRATUBE solution is made to replace the traditional infiltration trench (gravel + spreading + geotextile).
Conclusion:
Good water management is the key to healthy and sustainable construction.
