Thanks to its internal design office, speed of creation and manufacturing, SADEV has the capacity to adapt to each project and can dress any type of facade. Their engineers study the technical constraints and expectations in terms of architecture and design in order to develop the most suitable solutions for each project.
The SADEV solutions adapt to any type of installation (construction or renovation projects) and can be carried out horizontally or vertically.
SADEV's various fastening systems, whether clamped or drilled, are secure. SADEV designs, calculates and justifies technical solutions according to the specifications of each project. SADEV teams also carry out static and dynamic tests in their internal laboratory and work with certified laboratories as needed. Their expertise also allows dedicated support for all steps of ATEX procedures.

- A multitude of possible finishes with glass and screen printing.
- Custom-made projects to improve building performance.
Here are 3 examples of projects carried out by SADEV
The Mediterranean Institute of Environmental Risk and Sustainable Development (IMREDD) has moved to a new building that has been designed to meet specific energy performances. It has been built with technologies that allow efficient use of energy and natural resources. The monumental sunshades installed vertically and horizontally allow the diffusion of light while preventing the direct entry of solar rays. This therefore leads to a reduction in energy needs related to lighting and air conditioning.
SADEV teams worked from the specification to the delivery of the pinched system for holding the glass blades. This solution was validated by obtaining an ATEX from COVERIS.
For the two main façades of the Université des Quais in Lyon, SADEV developed a pivoting sunshade system for its client SMAC. This motorized system, controlled by home automation, makes it possible to control the amount of light entering the building and to regulate the temperature according to the seasons. The aim is to improve the technical comfort of users and improve the energy performance of buildings. SADEV ball joints and fasteners were chosen to fix the 408 glass slats acting as vertical sunshades.
It is Avenue Tony Garnier, opposite the Matmut stadium in Gerland, that a tenement of approximately 2 hectares is hosting this project. 28.000 m² of offices in six buildings (R+2 to R+4) and an underground car park with 340 spaces (+250 bicycle spaces). For the tertiary activity buildings, the architect worked on the integration of horizontal glass sunshades. To meet the seismic constraints of the construction zone, SADEV supplied 8.750 tested and technically approved ball joints.
This project is that of the Lou gardens in Lyon.
In line with its new solutions, SADEV offers systems of sunshade tailor-made to improve the performance of your building.
These dedicated products and developments are very discreet in order to integrate the most innovative architectural designs and maintain the aesthetics of the building.
Come and discover these custom systems at BATIMAT from September 30 to October 03 at the SADEV stands: Hall 06 – C054 and B046.
