Kedry Prime by KE for the Club terrace at Domaine des Ormes

Activities on offer include mini-golf, archery, water-skiing, an adventure course in the trees and zip lines. (Work in progress: opening scheduled for April 2022)

You can also go there for a meal to take a break with friends/family in a pleasant atmosphere, thanks to the 3 bars and restaurants present, including Le Club located opposite the golf course.

It is to develop the reception capacity of this chic & relaxed restaurant that KE intervened. Indeed the outdoor terrace was covered by simple arbours, which did not allow the exploitation of this area during less favorable weather, made of showers or wind.

The need for the owner of the estate was therefore to create two distinct design and functional spaces in all seasons.

To replace these gazebos, it was decided to install 4 Kedry Prime bioclimatic pergolas. Attached to the building and making a perfect connection between interior and exterior, the pergolas are equipped with LED lighting in the slats and backstage as well as glazing, to offer customers perfect comfort at all times while enjoying the view of the golf.

Thus two spaces were created:

• A first, made of 2 pergola modules, completely closed and protected by Line Glass panoramic glazing for maximum comfort during meals.
• A second, more open, in a bar/café spirit, made of 3 modules and closed by glazing only on the left side.

The Corten color (rust aspect) was chosen, blending as naturally as possible into this decor with its old charm.
