What is the role of the Myral design office?
Julien Bagnard: It is essential. We are the transmission belt between the sales department and the technical department. The design office is enriched by the field experience of the sales representatives, who inform us on a daily basis of the technical and regulatory needs of customers. The Myral teams exchange a lot. At each development opportunity, we look for the most suitable technical framework to deploy our solutions. For this, we rely on various recognized technical documents to reach the installation stage. This mutual enrichment is fundamental: it contributes to the success of Myral solutions.
How do you manage to make your clients' projects realistic?
Julien Bagnard: At Myral, we place innovation at the heart of all of our processes. From a technical point of view, we rely on two levers to innovate. First on the ATEx (Technical Experimentation Assessment) of cases a and b, on the New Technical Investigations (ENT) and the Technical Assessments. The objective is that the projects of our clients, architects, contractors or installation companies, become reality. This first lever thus provides major assurance to individual projects. As for the second, it consolidates the initial approach and allows a more extensive field of employment over time. We work tirelessly on studies, trials and analyzes to turn these normative constraints into inspiring benefits. Fire regulations are a perfect illustration of this.
"Make complexity our ally in the service of project managers"
It is in-depth work that requires a global technical and regulatory vision ...
Julien Bagnard: Yes, it is our strength. Myral makes it a point of honor to anticipate, support and coordinate its action. So we carefully deploy our expertise. As soon as a problem arises, we can be very reactive. By adapting our Swiss Army knife of solutions, the design office is doing everything to make the installation context favorable. Complexity is our ally!
How do you meet this challenge?
Julien Bagnard: This involves 2D and 3D plans, principle plans, calculation notes on the seismic, hygrothermal or environmental part to guarantee the durability of Myral facings, their resistance to shocks or to bad weather. Our goal is to cover all the technical fields in interaction with the ITE.
