This very solid material is designed so that facades best withstand the attacks of time.
Copanel actively participates in thermal insulation from the outside and effectively improves the energy performance of buildings.
Pastel or sustained, Copanel is available in a wide range of colors and multiple formats. In addition, the possibility of specific cutting gives free rein to the imagination of architects. The natural shades and the mineral aspect of the panels give Copanel its own material effects and make each panel unique. In rainy weather, nuances due to the porosity of the product can give a material effect.
Copanel offers several types of finishes:
- lwith "branded" finish G24 brings to the product a certain relief with lines in the direction of the length of the panel, parallel to each other and gives movement to the product.
- the so-called "structured" G16 finish, close to the previous one, is characterized by more marked groove depths which bring a wider palette of shades to the facade.
- the "Etna" finish is obtained by projection of sand sent to very strong pressure to bring a deconstructed movement which enhances the mineral and unique spirit of the facade while keeping the tinted mass of the product.
- Grooved: the removal of material by routing leaves room for all creative possibilities on the surface of the plates (lines, waves, drawings, numbers, letter ...)
High fire resistance performance to eliminate fire flaps
The fire resistance of construction materials is an issue highly regarded by the State. The safety of the occupants of a building is part of the construction obligations.
With an A2-s1, d0 classification (according to the decree of 21 November 2002 of the European classification relating to the reaction to fire of construction and fitting-out products) and more recently the LEPIR 2 test obtained on Copanel panels .
This eliminates unsightly fire-resistant mud flaps on building facades and proudly bears the title of fire-resistant panel.
Copanel has carried out the resistance test and ensures the effectiveness of this product.
