The mission of CERQUAL Qualitel Certification, QUALITEL's certifying body, is to develop certification standards and to certify collective and individual housing (grouped or diffuse) under construction, renovation or operation on behalf of developers, lessors, builders or professionals in the renovation of individual houses, or even condominium trustees.

CERQUAL Qualitel Certification is accredited by COFRAC (French Accreditation Committee) under number 5-0050, guaranteeing its impartiality and expertise in the field of product and service certification. Certifications offered by CERQUAL Qualitel Certification

1. NF Habitat - NF Habitat HQE

The NF Habitat – NF Habitat HQE certification, launched in 2015, is the benchmark for the quality of housing in France. It applies to all types of real estate projects: collective housing, individual houses, serviced residences, and medico-social establishments. This multi-criteria certification evaluates various aspects of the building, such as quality of life, respect for the environment, and economic performance, and highlights the commitment of the professionals involved in the project.

2. CertiRenov

Certification to become a “global offer” RGE professional. CertiRénov is a certification dedicated to professionals in global energy renovation. It attests to the ability of professionals to design and carry out energy improvement work while supporting the client throughout the project. This process certification guarantees that energy renovations are carried out with rigor and expertise, thus ensuring optimal energy performance.

3. HQE internationally

Since 2013, CERQUAL has also offered international certifications under the HQE brand. This global certification offer allows residential projects abroad to benefit from the high standards of quality and sustainability applied in France.

4. Pro Perméa

The Pro Perméa certification concerns the treatment of airtightness of the building. It is applicable to individual houses as well as collective residential buildings, guaranteeing better energy efficiency thanks to optimized management of airtightness.
