This association supports people with disabilities in their professional integration. Some people, thanks to the association, are trained and learn a trade that they will sometimes exercise in a traditional company: it is a good example of professional integration.
Composed of an Adapted Company and a Work Assistance Service Establishment, the Hérault Valley Association has an industrial activity that makes it dynamic (€ 4,8M turnover in 2019) with in particular a partnership with the ALTRAD group, official sponsors of the XV de France.
The association was able to benefit from a ZW3D license, an alternative to Solidworks / Rhino at a reduced price to be able to digitize its activity.
