Independent producer of renewable energy, ZE Energy develops and operates hybrid photovoltaic power plants. Equipped with a battery to store the solar energy produced during the day, these new generation solar power plants combine all the advantages in terms of production costs, integration into the environment and into the grid, and production of Zero energy CO² emissions. An innovative model that is already appealing to local authorities and businesses.
The first two “solar + storage” hybrid projects developed by ZE ENERGY, through its holding company HybridSol, in Loir-et-Cher, in the municipalities of Mennetou-sur-Cher and Gièvres, represent a cumulative installed capacity of 26,5 , 11,3 MWp for photovoltaic equipment and 12 MW for batteries. They will make it possible to produce electricity for the annual needs of around 000 people.
By investing € 3,8 million in the holding company HybridSol, the Banque des Territoires wishes to support the growth of ZE ENERGY to enable it to strengthen its contribution to the integration of renewable energies into the French energy mix, while guaranteeing the stability of the network. electric.
This new partnership of the Banque des Territoires is part of the operational implementation of the Banque des Territoires climate plan, for the benefit of more sustainable territories.
“The support of the Banque des Territoires is a strong signal and testifies to a desire to support the environmental challenges of today and tomorrow. These first hybrid projects, whose construction has started, will demonstrate that renewable energy can meet the needs of consumers day and night, and at the same time be competitive. Our smart power plants will help boost the development of photovoltaics, which is the most promising source of electricity for renewable energies ”, enthuses Mathieu Lassagne, president of ZE ENERGY.
For Charlotte Virally, head of the Renewable Energies division at the investment department of Banque des Territoires “This intervention is fully in line with the mission of supporting the energy transition of the Banque des Territoires, by contributing to the emergence of storage solutions necessary for the large-scale integration of intermittent renewable electricity production. This mobilization also makes it possible to participate in the development of a recently created SME, ZE ENERGY, with the ambition to be an independent and competitive player in the renewable energy market.
