Yaki, a new living and working space, delivered in the heart of Greater Geneva

The YakiI project fits perfectly into the ambitious framework of the ZAC Ferney-Genève Innovation, a dynamic economic hub of 65 hectares located in Ferney-Voltaire, in the heart of Greater Geneva. This cross-border territory, with more than a million inhabitants, benefits from exceptional proximity to world-renowned infrastructures such as Geneva International Airport, the international organizations district and CERN. The ZAC Ferney-Genève Innovation, as a key component of the Cercle de l'Innovation, attracts a highly qualified population and cutting-edge researchers, thus promoting the development of technological and international activities.

Designed by the augmented architecture agency Patriarche and developed by its project management entity Bart | Patriarche, Yaki offers 3.850 m² of office space, business premises and large shared outdoor spaces. Terraces, open walkways and a pedestrian forecourt, a real space for strolling: Yaki was designed to encourage exchanges and collaborative work, offering bright environments adapted to the evolving needs of companies.

The elegance of the building is based on its white concrete facades and the use of bio-sourced materials such as wood, offering a symbiosis between modernity and authenticity. Each floor, with a tertiary vocation and served by a central core, benefits from abundant natural light and a breathtaking view of the Swiss landscapes, reinforcing the comfort of the occupants.

Overlooked by photovoltaic panels, Yaki is also aiming for Minergie certification, guaranteeing high standards in terms of energy performance. This exemplary project embodies the commitment of the Patriarche agency to create eco-responsible work environments designed to last.

The project was carried out in co-design with TERRINOV, a key partner in this ambitious initiative.
