Priority to customers
Each PROXI Shop affected by this system has an electric charging station with two connection points. To take advantage of these connection points, the customer must request access from the point of sale employee. The latter will trigger 30 minutes of free recharge. Beyond this period, use of the terminal remains possible, but will be the responsibility of the customer at the price of 0,66 including tax/KWh, subject to the use of a ZEENCO badge. Priority access to the terminals is given to the customer so that they can access them at any time. In addition, the majority of charging stations are accessible outside of working hours.
A project for the future
Now numbering 11, PROXI Shops with electrical terminals will multiply very soon. Several additional terminals will be deployed before the end of 2023. Aware of the evolution of the automobile fleet, the deployment of terminals will continue to intensify in 2024. This project also follows the transition of the automobile fleet of the Würth France sales force and the company's desire to respect its environmental commitments.
Würth France's environmental commitment
In December 2019, the LOM law (mobility orientation law) profoundly transformed mobility policy, with a simple objective: everyday transport that is easier, less expensive and cleaner. The electric vehicle market has grown significantly: today more than 12% of cars sold are 100% electric vehicles. This strong acceleration is changing the missions of Würth France, which has set up the development of a network of electric vehicle charging stations within PROXI Shops.
