The TOP BTP grant aims precisely to provide financial assistance to building and public works professionals to comply with regulations.
Würth supports its customers in occupational safety
Since 2011, Würth France has been committed to a health and safety at work approach and obtained ISO 45001 certification in 2018. Through this commitment, Würth France offers quality products and preventive training that meet the criteria of eligibility for the TOP BTP grant.
What is the TOP BTP grant?
Prevention Subsidies help finance equipment, advice and training to improve the prevention of occupational risks in VSEs and SMEs with fewer than 50 employees. This financial assistance offered by Health Insurance is paid by the regional funds (Carsat, Cramif or CGSS). It aims to:
- Prevent the risk of falls from a height and on the same level in frequently trafficked areas.
- Reinforce the prevention of chemical risks and MSDs by improving conditions, hygiene and organization on worksites.
- Prevent the risks of MSDs linked to vibrations.
- Prevent the risk of burial.
- Raise the skills of professionals.
Who is eligible?
All companies with 1 to 49 employees under the general scheme in the following sectors are eligible:
- Companies carrying out building and public works operations in the sectors of activity of CTN B*.
- Builders of Individual Houses with risk no. 70.3 AD Promotion, sale, rental or administration of CTN G real estate.
* Are excluded:
45.5ZB: Maintenance, repair, rental and assembly of building and public works equipment.
75.3CA: Additional allowances to daily social security allowances paid either by provident organizations or by employers: building activities (shell) and public works.

91.1AA: Paid leave funds for construction and public works (with regard to allowances paid by these organizations).
In order to benefit from this subsidy, the companies concerned must meet several criteria that can be consulted on the Health Insurance website.
As the budget for TPE Prevention subsidies is limited, a rule favoring reservation requests according to the chronological order of arrival is applied.
How is the aid calculated?
Companies will be able to benefit from a subsidy of:
- 50% of the amount excluding tax of the sums committed to acquire the equipment excluding scaffolding,
- 70% of the amount excluding VAT of the sums committed for training,
- 25% of the amount excluding tax of the sums committed for the MDS scaffolding (including options 1 and 2).
The amount of the grant cannot be less than €1. It is possible to make several requests for the same Prevention Subsidy within the limit of the ceiling of €000 per company.
