With Wicline NG, Wicona is carrying out a complete renewal of its Windows offering

This unique range offers the applications contained in the previous ranges. It allows to produce all types of openings, whatever the dimensions up to L 1350 x H 3000 mm or L 1600 x H 2500 mm. The offer is available in 2 profile depths: 65 mm and 75 mm.

The visible masses are refined, to 88 mm on the opening + fixed frame and 126 mm on the central flap. After the visible opening and the hidden hardware, already available, the visible hardware and the hidden opening will be launched in the fall.

Performance tailored to each project

In terms of performance, the WICLINE NG range offers three levels of thermal performance: Standard, HI and HI+. WICLINE 65 NG and 75 NG achieve Uw values ​​of 0,98 W/M²k and 0,79 W/m²K respectively.

The range validates resistance to wind pressures of the tornado family: Class C5. Excellent air permeability of Class 4. Watertightness up to E1500 when opening inwards and E1800 when opening outwards. WICLINE 65 NG and 75 NG achieve a weighted sound reduction value (Rw) of up to 48 dB.

In terms of burglary protection, WICLINE NG achieves resistance class RC3. In terms of fire protection, the WICLINE 65 NG partition is validated as EW30 flame retardant. That is to say, it stops flames and smoke for 30 minutes with C+D certification. The WICLINE 75 NG partition stops flames, smoke, gases and prevents heat radiation for 30 minutes. It is classified as EI30 fire-resistant on the 75 mm module.

Developed with sustainability and circularity in mind

The WICLINE NG range is made of 75% recycled materials and 95% recyclable materials. It is notably produced from Hydro CIRCAL low-carbon recycled aluminium.^® 75R. For specific projects, WICONA can supply WICLINE NG profiles extruded from Hydro CIRCAL^® 100R, a fully recycled aluminum.

The other components of the window also follow this approach. The thermal insulation of the WICLINE NG profiles is ensured by strips made of recycled polyamide foam that can be recycled at the end of their life. WICONA also offers dynamic environmental product declarations.

Modular design and streamlined manufacturing

The WICLINE NG window offer is developed with a rationalization logic according to a modular approach. Objective: to offer a range that meets the requirements of all projects while avoiding over-specifications.

The symmetrical design of the range allows, for example, the use of the same fixed profile for the inward and outward opening. The modular approach allows for the design of a complete solution, whatever the desired application, while ensuring a consistent aesthetic between the 65 and 75 mm modules. And this is the case even when different profiles are used in a project. The accessories, sealants and tools required for the manufacture of this new generation of windows are common to the other door and facade ranges. This approach drastically simplifies production, allows customer-manufacturers to rationalize their stocks, reduces manufacturing times and optimizes installation times by using the same processing steps, accessories, sealants and tools, and finally contributes to offering a continuous quality of service.

Connected and associated with the new glass guardrail

Connected, the WICLINE NG is equipped with an opening/closing detector, energy-independent. Connected to the air conditioning and heating systems, it will optimize the building's performance. In the magnetic wired version, the contactor detects the locked/unlocked positions.

WICLINE NG joinery can be fitted with the new WICONA glass railing solution. French Balcony is available in standard and XL versions. Thanks to direct and discreet fixings on the joinery frame, this elegant tempered glass balcony is easy to use from the inside or outside.
