HERADESIGN^® can be adorned with a wide range of specific colors. In the color program, in addition to the customization possibilities in RAL and NCS and the standard shades of black, white and beige, HERADESIGN^® comes in 8 exclusive colors with Vario Design: Granite, Steel, Green Marble, Copper, Oak, Brass, Sandstone, Concrete; colors inspired by the fundamental principles of well-being and nature, for a visually captivating and soothing atmosphere.

All the latest HERADESIGN news^® in white and beige are Cradle to Cradle Gold certified. This certification highlights the high environmental performance of HERADESIGN wood wool solutions^® in terms of safety for humans and the environment, circularity and social responsibility.

Two new finishes for unique projects

Complementing the ORGANIC standard and ORGANIC Authentic finishes (1 and 2 mm thick fiber), the new HERADESIGN wood wool tiles^® are available in two new finishes: HERADESIGN^® Micro and HERADESIGN^® Plano. This expansion now brings the number of finishes to 4, the widest range on the market.

HERADESIGN^® Micro, thanks to its micro-perforated surface with fine pores, seduces with its unique aesthetics and its ability to integrate into multiple environments.

For its part, HERADESIGN^® Plano focuses on a smooth surface that combines discretion and elegance.

HERADESIGN^® Micro and HERADESIGN^® Plano also offers architects an additional customization option with 18 groove patterns milled into the panel surface thanks to the creative HERADESIGN concept.^® Creative Effect. This grooving reveals the wood wool core of the panels in a play of materials contrasting with the smoother surface finishes.

Technical performance

Designed to meet the requirements of all types of buildings, these new finishes are available in 600/1200*600 dimensions and are distinguished by their technical performance. In particular, they offer a B-s1, d0 fire reaction, as well as increased impact resistance, making them ideal for a variety of uses: schools, offices, shops, etc.

Five new HERADESIGN island and baffle systems^®enhance the existing ORGANIC Claustra and Sound 3D wood wool solutions. These new solutions, which can also be adorned with an infinite number of colors, optimize the acoustics of spaces and enhance architectural projects, whether contemporary offices, cultural spaces or even public places.

Focus on these innovations

HERADESIGN^® Baffle Element is the ultimate "suspended" acoustic baffle, both high-performance and understated in design. These rectangular elements, available in a Superfine finish (1 mm fiber), are available in several sizes (600 x 300 to 1200 x 600 mm). Easy to install with their suspension kit, they boast high-performance sound absorption (αw = up to 0,55) and a B-s1,d0 fire classification.

HERADESIGN^® Baffle Element Arc uses curved effects to create a unique atmosphere with elegant, dynamic, and unique linear waves in ceilings. This system is available in lengths from 1200 to 2400 mm, also in a Superfine finish. It is available in four exclusive shapes that can be combined to multiply the visual effects. Acoustically, it guarantees absorption of αw = up to 0,35.

Ideal for creating ceiling modules and marking spaces, HERADESIGN^® Sky Element is based on standard components allowing the creation of square or rectangular islands (dimensions from 1200 x 1200 to 3600 x 3600 mm).

With its distinctive geometric shapes – round, square or hexagonal – HERADESIGN^® Sonic Element stands out for its ability to create slim, frameless acoustic islands, simply suspended via a kit. Delivered pre-assembled for rapid installation, this stylish and functional island perfectly meets the requirements of spaces requiring targeted and immediate sound absorption.

Designed especially for walls, HERADESIGN^® Wallcoustic Element combines wood wool and rock wool insulation (50 or 100 mm thick) to provide excellent acoustic performance. The wall absorber is delivered in a single piece, ready for installation. Four sizes are available (up to 1200 x 600 mm), in a Superfine finish (1 mm fiber).

HERADESIGN^®, these are also three new creative concepts for a tailor-made design

With Creative Effect, HERADESIGN^® gives free rein to the imagination and opens up the field of possibilities to create an exceptional and customizable design. The panels, subtly grooved to reveal the wood wool, create striking visual effects and adapt perfectly to unique decors. Thanks to 18 milled groove patterns and three distinct finishes (Superfine, Micro and Plano), these panels are a unique acoustic decoration solution.

Another reference available, to play more specifically the card of geometric shapes, Knauf unveils HERADESIGN^® CREATIVE Module, with 6 preconfigured shapes that can be composed into patterns (triangle, parallelogram, square, hexagonal, rectangle, circle). Available in 300 mm (glued wall installation) and 600 mm (mechanical wall & ceiling fixing) formats, these panels combine ease of installation, aesthetic richness and high acoustic absorption (αw up to 1,00 / NRC 1,00). They are available in Superfine or Micro finishes, and benefit from the HERADESIGN color palette^® (white, beige, black, Vario Design, RAL and NCS). This solution is perfect for orchestrating a rhythmic and harmonious visual architecture.

Available in Superfine finish, HERADESIGN^® Creative Lines works more specifically on the relief thanks to a personalized linear machining by milling (5*5mm V-grooves) in the thickness of the slabs. Multiplying the creative possibilities with no less than 12 distinct patterns (thin parallel lines, wider ones, diamond or square grid, etc.), these 1200 x 600 mm panels are fixed by screws on wooden battens. They are dressed in the same color palette as HERADESIGN^® CREATIVE Module.

These 3 new creative concepts from HERADESIGN^® enrich the existing ORGANIC CREATIVE IMPRESSION offer which offers the possibility of printing patterns, texts and images on the tiles for maximum personalization of spaces.

And two product innovations to push acoustic standards

To meet the most demanding acoustic challenges, Knauf offers HERADESIGN^® Superfine Alpha + (1 mm fibers, identical to the standard Organic). These ceiling tiles (15, 25 mm thick and available in 2 edge finishes) are in fact equipped with an innovative acoustic veil positioned on the back to ensure exceptional sound absorption (aw 0,90 (H) 25 mm thick with a free plenum, without mineral wool).

Specially designed for acoustic cladding of corridor ceilings, HERADESIGN^® Superfine Corridor innovates with its ease of installation and practicality. Completely self-supporting, this system requires no suspension, which allows for an unobstructed plenum while allowing individual panel removal if necessary. Available in sizes up to 2400 x 600 mm (with custom options), it guarantees reliable acoustic performance and a high-level fire safety classification adapted to each use (A2-s1, d0 or B-s1, d0). Its intuitive implementation and careful aesthetics make it a preferred choice for corridors requiring functionality and refinement.
