Wilo-Rexa Norm, a new energy saving record for wastewater

The Wilo-Rexa NORM-M25.61 consists of a hydraulic system suitable for charged water, a coupling, a standard motor and a base. It has very interesting characteristics such as its high efficiency, its excellent NPSH and easy maintainability. It extends the performance table of the Wilo-Rexa NORM series, to meet the growing demand for pumps in wastewater treatment plants.

Low energy consumption

With a hydraulic efficiency of up to 80% and a motor of efficiency class IE3 as standard (IE4 optional for the Wilo-Rexa NORM M30.41), the Wilo-Rexa NORM-M25.61 wastewater pump displays lowest energy consumption in its range.

Smooth operation and low cavitation

Thanks to the new bi-channel impeller system and the low NPSH values ​​over the entire hydraulic curve, the Wilo-Rexa NORM-M25.61 offers particularly quiet operation.

Use of standardized motors

Only standard IEC motors are used in this series: they are easy to maintain and easy to replace. It is not necessary to use an additional cooling circuit which can be expensive.

Easy wheel replacement

Thanks to the hydraulic design, the impeller is directly accessible without having to remove the pump bearing from the volute, nor to separate it from its piping. In addition, thanks to the detachable serial coupling, the motor can also remain mounted on the base when replacing the wheel.
