Cost of the building: €412/M² (+ 2% over the period 2021-2022)

This ratio includes the costs of rent, insurance and real estate taxes

This ratio includes the costs of building services and technical management (cleanliness, waste management, security, technical maintenance, energy, small works and green spaces)

Methodology of the Buzzy ratio study:

The 2023 edition of the IDET “Buzzy Ratios” was carried out among IDET member companies. The collection was made from April to October 2023 covering 2022 costs, from a panel representing nearly 100.000 workstations, 2.000.000 square meters and 124.000 employees (including 51% outside Ile-de-France) .
