… but not the most sought after for a real estate purchase.
On the other hand, when it comes to prioritizing the elements likely to make them want to buy a property, only 13% of French people cite the presence of a fireplace as the trigger for a decisive crush. The garden, popular during the confinements linked to the health crisis, remains unavoidable (45% of quotes), followed by the size of the living/dining room (30%) and the extra room or garage (20%). If the fireplace seems to seduce only in this winter period, it is not excluded that it is more and more sought after by French people in search of energy savings.
