WATCO® innovates in product development with the creation of an entirely new formula of Concrex® Carbon Fiber. This premium epoxy resin mortar is specifically designed to permanently repair damaged concrete floors, and it's poised to revolutionize the way tradespeople approach their repair jobs.
This new formulation is the result of extensive research and innovation in resin technology. The WATCO® R&D department has implemented a unique formula, using carbon and ceramic fibers, which give the mortar unprecedented strength. The secret lies in the perfect combination of advanced materials and high-quality epoxy resin, which ensure exceptional adhesion and maximum durability.
One of the remarkable features of this new formula is how quickly it hardens. With the addition of a rapid curing agent, Concrex® Carbon Fiber allows light traffic after just one hour, and after four hours it can handle forklift traffic. This rapid curing significantly limits the impact on operations, thereby minimizing downtime.
Its formula has also been improved by the addition of 15% Novolac resin giving it more resistance, particularly to chemicals and even acid; unlike the majority of cement-based products.
It should be noted that all repairs carried out with Concrex® Carbon Fiber can be considered definitive. In fact, its formula based on carbon fibers and ceramic allows repairs to last for 20 years!

Composed of high quality resin and pre-mixed aggregates, preparing Concrex® Carbon Fiber is child's play. Ready in no time, just add the gray colored hardener to the mixture. Once the mixture is homogenous, the product is ready to use.
