The concept won over Pascal Sebayhi, president of Vitrocsa France Distribution, supplier and installer of minimalist bay windows luxury.
A concept born from the orchid…
Orchid cultivation was one of Éric Joray's hobbies. The plant is distinguished by its resistance, but also by the simple and subtle beauty of its flowers. To cultivate and showcase them, greenhouses must be built to suit them. The founder of Vitrocsa will design more than 800 during his career. Enough to sharpen his sense of aesthetics and his taste for transparency.
.. and sublimated by the watchmaker's demands
Éric Joray's other area of expertise is watchmaking, and more precisely research and development functions. Coincidence or destiny, the first minimal window saw the light of day in a former watchmaking building which would become the head office of the Vitrocsa company, in Saint-Aubin-Sauges, Switzerland.
Vitrocsa processes are imbued with the high precision that characterizes the watchmaking and jewelry professions. This attention to detail “down to the micron” definitely convinced Pascal Sebayhi, the president and co-founder of Vitrocsa France Distribution.
Products designed to last a lifetime
Faithful to the values of watchmaking, the founder of Vitrocsa wanted systems stripped of the superfluous. The number of components is reduced to the strict minimum. This simplicity is the origin of the luxury minimal window. The heavy frame of the traditional window has been replaced by very thin covering profiles.
Each part of the minimal window is thought out and drawn by the designers. The components are then checked and assembled in an artisanal manner. The product is checked once again before being carefully packaged, like a jewel leaving the workshop to join the window of a great jeweler.
The ambition of Vitrocsa France Distribution is to serve architects who need all the excellence of the luxury sector to design and implement innovative projects with unrivaled performance.
