VisionAIR Idrodrain pervious concrete from Heidelberg Materials at the service of a residential site

Long popular with communities committed to the efficient management of rainwater, VisionAIR draining concrete^® IDRODRAIN from Heidelberg Materials is a major ally for light roads (sidewalks, pedestrian paths, cycle paths, schoolyards, etc.) or low traffic.

In fact, its formulation combines the resistance of a concrete roadway with a drainage capacity at least 1000 times greater than that of heavy rain.

Today, this draining concrete finds its place at the heart of a project at a private home, in Flee (72), in the form of a 32 m2 slab at the entrance to his house. The objective? Effective management of rainwater runoff to preserve the integrity of buildings and guarantee safe travel. A project which involved the skills of several formulation and implementation specialists. The Heidelberg Materials OPL concrete team thus ensured the formulation of this concrete with cement and aggregates coming from its local production units (always to favor short circuits) as well as suitable adjuvants supplied by Chryso-GCP. The expertise of Marchand Aménagements Le Mans (72) combined with state-of-the-art implementation by the company MTC (Tours) and Olivier Carré (Mayet) gave substance to a lime-colored concrete slab. -wine which combines draining power, durability and decorative effect. Indeed, beyond its technical performances, VisionAIR^® IDRODRAIN offers a wide range of colors, guaranteeing personalization and aesthetics to the works.
