A first for the Haute-Savoie industrialist which has been broadcasting, since November 15, a 12-second spot in the 8 theaters of the Ciné Leman multiplex cinema in Thonon-les-Bains, at each screening and for 6 months.
If the creative choice for this spot favored filming directly in the production factory, let us also mention that real employees on the job are headlining. Thus, five VEKA employees, representative of the logistics, tooling and extrusion professions, take turns in front of the camera to encourage spectators to join the VEKA teams.
A tone deliberately promoting proximity aims to position VEKA as a major employer in the Chablais region and to encourage potential candidates to apply.
A first for VEKA, which completes a system deployed to seek out and retain future talent in the region. Let us recall that VEKA has implemented, since September 2023, a co-optation program allowing recruiting employees to have a bonus of up to 1.500 euros gross (500 euros upon signing the CDI or CDD and 1.000 euros after one year of presence of the hired employee). Other initiatives in favor of employment signed by VEKA: participation in recruitment events such as the Job Forum on October 19 or other job dating in Thonon, the production of job descriptions to inform and develop the attractiveness of positions VEKA, but also interviews with employees shared on the veka.fr website and its social networks. Factory visits are also organized to welcome regional employment stakeholders and future candidates, including the Indus’Tour on November 27, which promotes industry in Haute-Savoie.
