Varso Tower, the tallest tower in Europe, was inaugurated in Warsaw, Poland

PlanRadar, a platform for digitalizing construction and real estate projects in the Cloud, supported for two years the construction of the tallest building ever built in the European Union. With a height of 310 meters, this skyscraper has 53 floors and offers a surface area of 70.000 m².

A major project which required the participation of around a hundred companies, led by HB Reavis.

The Varso Tower is the result of collaboration between the architects of the Foster + Partners firm and engineers and specialists from numerous trades. Its design and construction – carried out by an international team of experts – represent a technical feat in terms of coordination and project management.

A digital platform that facilitates and optimizes processes

On this construction site, the PlanRadar platform was used for the technical acceptance of the various construction stages, the documentation of defects and the management of collaboration processes until the finalization of the construction project. Thanks to its functionalities, the solution facilitated access to information, plans, reports and tasks in real time for the various trades, which considerably accelerated decision-making while reducing the frequency of errors. Technical issues could thus be resolved in real time, minimizing downtime and better preparing the site for the final phase.

Beyond the construction site itself, PlanRadar also assisted the teams responsible for adapting the spaces to the specific needs of the tenants.
