Urmet France offers a new turnkey service for condominium managers

All this information is transmitted to Urmet which then creates the database on the VisiosoftWeb administration tool. "

The VisiosoftWeb platform allows an asset manager (lessor, trustee or installer) or even directly to the co-owners to manage, via the free platform accessible on the Internet, the access control of one or more buildings.

URMET France then programs the badges and remote controls, the places in dedicated and nominative boxes for each of the residents with the instructions for use of the intercom and gives them to the property manager.

Badges and remote controls can be personalized with the syndic's logo or the contact details of an emergency service, for example.
