Unilin Insulation launches Utherm Wall K Gyp H for all-in-one internal wall insulation and finishing

Specially developed to insulate walls from the inside with glued lining according to DTU 25.42, Utherm Wall K Gyp H is composed of a rigid polyurethane foam board laminated on one of its faces to a 13 mm water-repellent BA12,5 plasterboard.

All-in-one, the Utherm Wall K Gyp H system provides insulation and finishing for walls, whether new or renovated.

Available in the standard format of 2700 x 1200 mm and in three thicknesses (92,5 – 112,5 and 132,5 mm), Utherm Wall K Gyp H is an insulator that offers high thermal performance: its low lambda coefficient (λ = 0,022) provides thermal resistance of 3,75 to 5,60 m2.K/W, depending on the thickness chosen.

Easy to install, the Utherm Wall K Gyp H insulating boards from Unilin Insulation are easy to assemble and can be fixed, in particular by gluing them to a wall.

The plates can also be screwed, within the limits of DTU 25.42, to frames and associated with semi-rigid mineral wool, placed between the frames, in order to further improve the acoustic and/or thermal comfort of the occupants.

Utherm Wall K Gyp H boards are used to insulate a heated room from an unheated room or from the outside.

Rated A+ for indoor air emissions, benefiting from CE marking, a DOP and ACERMI certified, Utherm Wall K Gyp H is eligible for financial aid for renovation according to the required level and meets the requirements of RE 2020 for new construction.
