Tramico presents the Compriband® pliers: the essential accessory for professional construction sites

An essential tool for saving space on a construction site, the COMPRIBAND® pliers ensure the good conservation of the rolls. It prevents loss of impregnated foam from started rolls, and allows professionals to maximize their time and efforts.

Thanks to its manufacturing of polyamide reinforced with fiberglass, the pliers are very resistant. Another advantage is that it adapts to almost all COMPRIBAND® rollers, up to 33 mm wide.

Applications of the COMPRIBAND® Forceps

The pliers are suitable for all compressed or impregnated foams in rolls –COMPRIBAND® TRS and ULTIM'AIR, or foam joint bases such as ACRYLBAND or ADHECELL PC.

COMPRIBAND® TRS and ULTIM'AIR ensure absolute water and air tightness of exterior joinery. Waterproof and resistant to heavy rain, they can be used in both new construction and renovation.

Compliant with DTU 36.5, these impregnated foams are extremely efficient for thermo-acoustic insulation.

Compriband ULTIM'AIR is also specifically adapted to meet the requirements of low-consumption or passive buildings, and offers the other advantage of tunnel installation of all types of joinery.

ACRYLBAND is specific to the two-stage waterproofing system, and often used to complete second barrier waterproofing. It is applied as a joint filler or expansion joint caulking, in a durable manner. ACRYLBAND is waterproof to heavy rain of 300 Pa and benefits from great ease of installation.

In the same spirit, the ADHECELL PC polyurethane foam joint base with adhesive limits the depth of the sealing gasket or putty and its self-adhesive side facilitates application.
