Personal training account: the government amendment causes a stir

Present at the Renaissance meeting, the Minister Delegate for Vocational Training Carole Grandjean replied to Mr. Cazeneuve that the measure appeared in the "ceiling letter" between ministries. The Minister for Relations with Parliament Franck Riester apologized to the deputies on the form.

"It's a method that must not be repeated," warned the boss of the group Aurore Bergé.

Several deputies also regretted the substance of the amendment, while the CPF was designed as a tool of freedom.

After the triggering of the constitutional weapon of 49.3 by Elisabeth Borne on Sunday to pass the draft state budget without a vote, a motion of censure was tabled by the LFI deputies. It will be debated and put to the vote on Tuesday evening from 21:30 p.m. Its very probable rejection will be worth adoption of the text in new reading.

A final 49.3 is expected on Thursday, for the final reading of the 2023 budget.
