Three new Socli Heidelberg Materials lime solutions for the renovation and restoration of old buildings

If the reputation of its solutions ideally respecting the old building and its specificities¹ a landmark, Heidelberg Materials France takes care to always renew and innovate. Thus, the company continues to diversify its range of Socli products by launching three new lime-based references, to clean up saltpetre walls, add material with a colored coating or even slab and joint raw earth as well as terracotta: Socli Tradilys Protect, Socli Chaulys Color and Socli Batilys color.

Socli Tradilys Protect

This new coating based on natural hydraulic lime, without cement, is intended for the sanitation of saltpetre and damp walls, interior and exterior. Ideally suited to the treatment of salts (chlorides, nitrates and sulphates), with very low capillary absorption, it facilitates rapid evaporation of water. Its specific adjuvantation gives it flexibility and smoothness facilitating its implementation, in manual or mechanical application. Its reduced consumption is also an asset (coverage from 50 cm above traces of humidity), with CS II compressive strength perfectly suited to old buildings.

Socli Chaulys Color

If Socli Chaulys Blanche proves to be an emblematic reference for the production of traditional coatings, it can now count on a pigmented version with Socli Tradilys Protect.

Available in no less than 12 shades, Heidelberg Materials France also offers the possibility of carrying out color research according to the terroirs: an asset expected from applicators attentive to preserving regional identities thanks to the use of local sands, while having guarantees of color consistency. Applicators who, moreover, appreciate traditional, manual or mechanical application. Finally, this innovation, in total adequacy with any renovation and eco-construction project, proves to be a source of time saving, lower cost and increased productivity on site, displaying a yield of 7m² per 25 kg bag per cm of thickness.

Socli Batilys Color

Socli Batilys Color, a versatile colored mortar solution that can be used to mortar and joint terracotta, raw earth and natural stone. Rich in 32 colors, Heidelberg Materials France offers, here again, to customize the colors on request. It should be noted that this solution also responds to a demand from applicators looking for products compatible with soft, pre-tinted lime-based substrates guaranteeing better productivity and regularity on site. Socli Batilys Color has the advantage of packaging adapted to the different types of sites (bag and Big Bag).
