The Ministry for the Ecological Transition indicated to the press on Tuesday February 14 that it hoped for progress with the discussion Thursday in the Senate of a "third-party financing" mechanism intended to finance the energy renovation of public buildings of the State and communities, i.e. some 400 million m2.
