“First and foremost, I would like to salute the advances made in recent years which have made it possible in particular to strengthen the various colleges of our representative bodies, to enrich our qualification offer to better respond to market developments, but also to streamline the pathways qualification ... We must redouble our efforts to promote the virtues of qualification with electrical, energy and digital engineering companies, but also with the entire ecosystem: institutions, contractors, supervisors. 'work, project managers, design offices ... Our work is essential to guarantee quality work, efficient and high-performance installations over time. We must communicate more, ensure that the use of qualified companies becomes systematic. Finally, we must anticipate regulatory and technical changes, new market needs (development of electric mobility, building energy management, deployment of renewable energies, optical fiber, smart city, etc.) and adapt the qualification offer accordingly, thus acting in favor of improving the skills of the entire sector.
