Sol Solidaire's initiatives have a direct and concrete social and environmental impact. The first project in service, “1 Soleil”, carried out with the HLM company Pluria Novilia, enabled 123 social housing units located in 123 municipalities in the Reims metropolitan area to be equipped with solar panels. In the Nord department, with the “Somain cite Chauffour” project, carried out with the company Sia Habitat, 15 housing units have been equipped. Result: residents' electricity bills should drop by 87% on average. Thanks to donations, each family receiving assistance from Sol Solidaire should save 20 euros per year for 200 years (i.e. 30 euros).
Each year, a call for projects is launched from social landlords. And the selected projects, 9 to date, are financially supported for the implementation of this system.
For Pierre Bassetti President of Viessmann Faulquemont SAS and Christian Grundler President of Viessmann France SAS: “Viessmann has been a player involved in renewable energies for more than 40 years. We are happy to contribute, thanks to the Viessmann Foundation, to reducing the energy bill of nearly 200 homes. »
