Airwell's Ma Maison Hybride solution, bronze winner of the Innovation Awards at the Mondial du Bâtiment

Ma Maison Hybride designed by Airwell is a global solution of services that allows the user to take control of his energy consumption for individual housing, new and renovation. A distinction received as part of the "Innovation Awards" competition for Interclima, Batimat and Idéobain exhibitors organized by the Mondial du Bâtiment: 82 innovations selected - from 167 submitted applications (+20% vs 2019) - by 43 professional jurors (votes between June 17 to 20, 27 winners).

Structured around AI, Ma Maison Hybride mixed photovoltaic (production of its energy) and home automation.

It also integrates the connection of all household equipment, heat pumps, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, domestic hot water, connected objects, from a smartphone (available on IOS and Android) via the intuitive Air Home application. The user becomes master of his consumption by making his house more self-sufficient in energy according to his habits. Results: controlled energy consumption, more ecological, a controlled budget and a comfortable home, adapted to all needs.

Consumption patterns are changing, moving from the use of a product to a global service solution.

To enable consumers to better control their consumption, limit their carbon footprint, reduce their energy bills or even have access to offers equipped with robotics (including artificial intelligence and connectivity), the Airwell Group has imagined an ecosystem based on intelligent management of thermal equipment in the home – Ma Maison Hybride was launched in June 2021.

Since its launch, the AirHome application has attracted an average of 900 users per month. In constant evolution, the application will evolve in a few months to integrate a greater number of connected objects such as connected electrical outlets, temperature or humidity probes, air quality analysis sensors, nurses connected underfloor heating/cooling.

To support professional Installer Partners in the deployment of this solution, the Airwell group set up a support system at the beginning of 2022, both commercial (exhibition at fairs and exhibitions in the regions) and training via Airwell Academy. “Consumer practices of the general public are changing and our mission is to support our partners, the professionals, to take this turn. The Hybrid House is the alliance of natural energy from solar photovoltaic to conventional energy (electricity, gas). From the AirHome Application, the control of energy devices is done remotely from a smartphone (available under IOS and Android).

My Hybrid Home: how it works

The Airwell ecosystem makes it possible to instantly optimize the overall energy consumption of the house, according to the electricity production of the photovoltaic panels. The AI ​​- Artificial Intelligence technology integrated into the AirHome application will in particular make it possible to create scenarios for energy optimization and preventive maintenance. It will be developed gradually until it is fully finalized in 2022.

In times of overproduction, the application automatically orders the equipment in the home to “slip” the set point. For example, in the comfort zone, the setpoint required for heating is 20°C in the home. During the day (working hours), the setpoint is 17°C. It is during this unoccupied period that the AirHome application will set the set point to 22°C. These additional 2°C will significantly minimize consumption by requiring less of the energy equipment in the house (eg radiators, boiler, heat pump, etc.), thanks to inertia. The habitat will regulate itself and keep the rooms of the house at 20°C thereafter.

The hybrid house is an economical and ecological response to regaining control of its energy consumption and preserving natural resources.
