ITE Myral's solution combines with photovoltaics

She entrusted the project management to Jean-Michel Elzeard. The aim was to reduce energy consumption and give a more professional appearance to the building which looked more like a house.

After barely a month of work, on an occupied site, the project manager obtained the desired result thanks to the Myral panels with alunatur material effect and the vision effect panels, placed like large full-height mirrors.

The renovation in double joinery (interior insulation and Myral panels) has made it possible to achieve a very energy efficient system. In spite of the significant differences in climate in the region, it was necessary to aim for the least possible temperature variations inside the building. The main problem was the heat during the summer.

The main south-facing façade accumulated the heat of the sun and there was no cooling during the night. Another constraint, the project manager did not want to put air conditioning.

In addition to the Myral insulation, the ventilation has been renovated to become a thermodynamic double flow CMV which will also compensate for the heat given off by the computers.

In January, the energy bill for heating was already halved.

On the aesthetic side, the new look no longer corresponded to the name "Company house". The building was then renamed "Evad Affaires".

Vertical photovoltaic panels

The originality of the project also comes from the installation on the front of photovoltaic panels intended for self-consumption. Vertical installation meets the need to produce more energy in winter, when the sun is lower and therefore in line with the panels.

These solar panels are placed directly on the Myral panels. They hang on the wall through them.
