Revel'Home, a Nantes software publisher start-up, launched its customer relations application for construction professionals a year ago.
The objective: to simplify interactions with individuals (appointments, exchanges, signatures of quotes, reminders, payments, site reception, opinions, etc.) which are often time-consuming for professionals and a source of stress and pressure.
A long-awaited application born from field feedback
The tool was designed, developed and finalized to facilitate the administrative and commercial tasks of construction professionals.
Since its launch, the application has already won over more than 160 professionals who can no longer live without it. The quality feedback from testers and then users speaks volumes about the value of such a tool: time savings, transparency and trust, but above all better profitability and customer development.

With the capital increase and the entry of ELCIA up to 30% last March, Revel Home now benefits from greater financial capacity, expert advice in software packages, sales advisors for carpentry, awning and closing professionals.
For the beta version of the application, the founder, Charles Pellé, from the carpentry sector, was able to rely on companies such as Cetal, Novoferm, Picard Serrures, Soprofen, Volpro or even Zilten, but also manufacturers and their networks of installers such as Castes Industrie and its Boutique du menuisier network, as well as the Riaux Group and its Skali network, staircase installers as well as professionals, independents and/or members of networks such as Lorenove, Expert Fenêtre, Expert Somfy, etc.
On the strength of this fine start, the application initially open to the general public, is refocusing on professionals and integrates all housing trades: general building companies, trades in finishing works, exterior landscaping and interior – From electrician and plumber to landscaper and kitchen designer.
To date, the solar panel installer, Libre Energie (44), the general building company, Mon Projet Bat, Perrin group (86), or the plumbing company, Joka-T in Lyon (69) have already joined the Revel'Home adventure.
A tool at the service of pros with the key to saving time, increasing the rate of transformation of quotes and faster collection
The application is secure, available on computers, tablets and mobiles.
It offers a real productivity gain of 4 hours on average per week on administrative and commercial activities. In addition, it allows a 10% optimization of the quote conversion rate and faster collection:
- The customer interface in the colors of the pro. The individual discovers, via an SMS link, the estimate in an application in the colors of the professional, thus putting him in the best conditions to respond quickly and proceed to the online electronic signature of the estimate, the general conditions of sale and the certificate. of VAT. The client keeps his documents for 10 years.
- The dashboard (dashboard). It facilitates the management and control of commercial activity at a glance. At a glance and instantly, the account manager can follow the amount of turnover achieved and the conversion rate. Monitoring can be more global, for the current month or quarter or year, by point of sale, by account manager. Also available are event notifications such as appointment scheduling or site reception.
- Project management. The app makes weekly business tracking easy. The process allows the monitoring of the entire file in progress by the filters (quote sent, quote read, quote refused, quote signed, etc. until the signed receipt report and payment of the balance).
- Online payment. Revel'Home integrates a direct payment system which avoids the individual having to re-enter the professional's IBAN: time saving for immediate payment at the end of the project and additional security (no risk of hacking linked to bank details in nature).
- An appointment booking module. The professional can offer one or more appointment slots, the individual too. Once validated, the professional integrates the appointment into his Google or Outlook calendar, the individual too. The individual receives an SMS notification the day before the appointment.
- Automatic reminders. SMS when the quote is sent, e-mail reminder D+12, payment reminder D+7, customizable according to the uses of each company.

In terms of prices, two offers are available:
- The Solo version at 55 € / month
- The Multi version at 170 € / month for 2 to 5 users with team management.

Prospects for development by 2025 for Revel'Home
The purpose is to interconnect with estimate/invoicing software to become the reference software for customer relationship management in this sector. Note that the interconnection with ELCIA's Prodevis software will be effective in July 2023.
With HerculePro, it is currently in progress. The next step will be the interconnection and management of data via the professionals' existing ERPs to facilitate interactions between services.
The start-up forecasts a turnover of one million euros for 2025 and targets 1200 customers, all profiles combined: freelancers, large companies and networks of craftsmen, from the small to the largest, locally and nationally.
