The restructuring of Equilis contributes to the revitalization of the Val de Seine district in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92)

The Axe Seine district marks the desire to introduce functional diversity and to harmonize the landscape axis between Île Saint-Germain and Parc Suzanne Lenglen by creating a "green lung" and the creation of an innovative eco-district thanks to the use of green and decarbonized energies, by creating a Smart City focused on the use of Hydrogen.

This approach also aims to revitalize the commercial axis of rue Rouget de Lisle, in the continuity of the gourmet hall of Pont d'Issy (Biltoki).

The project provides for the rehabilitation, reconversion or demolition of existing tertiary buildings dating from the 1980s, in an economic and ecological approach, in order to modernize this sector by combining housing, businesses and tertiary activities.

It is in this context that Equilis is participating in the revitalization of the Val de Seine district. Designed in the 2000s for the Steria company, the restructuring of the building adapts to urban changes, new uses and new ways of working. Bechu & Associés, the agency that had already designed the building and is carrying out its restructuring, focused the design on flexibility, the link with the public space and the treatment of the facades.

Its credo is to put new technologies at the service of local businesses to improve the quality of life and the efficiency of public services. Issy-les-Moulineaux wishes to perpetuate this dynamic, in particular by encouraging start-ups, in a spirit of diversity and innovation.
