The real estate diagnostic network EX'IM comes out of the game despite the health crisis

The EX'IM group has thus set itself the objective of reaching a turnover of 39 million at the end of 2020, with the opening of 8 new branches under the EX'IM franchise and 10 under the DEFIM brand; and 45 million at the end of 2021 with 143 branches.

The EX'IM group achieves a performance for the franchise sector which is today strongly impacted by the postponement of the largest franchise exhibition (Franchise Expo). In order to deal with this, EX'IM has bet on the organization of its presentation days dedicated to project leaders, with a 100% digital version in the form of webinars.
