The Qualitel 2023 Endowment Fund supports 23 associations and announces the change of its President

This ceremony was also an opportunity to salute the work of Chantal Jannet, president of the QUALITEL Endowment Fund since its creation in 2011. During her mandate, she was particularly invested and engaged in all the development actions of the foundation and transmits today the witness to Philippe Estingoy, who will succeed him from January 1, 2024.

The QUALITEL endowment fund: valuable financial support for associations

For more than 10 years, the QUALITEL Endowment Fund has had the mission of supporting solidarity and committed initiatives against poor housing. With its patron partners, since its creation, it has supported 230 solidarity associations working to provide housing for the most disadvantaged: dissocialized young people, homeless people, people losing their autonomy or those with disabilities, isolated women, refugees, etc.

This valuable financial support allows these associations to bring their project to life, by strengthening it, making it last, developing it and above all making it a reality…

Last May, for the 12th consecutive year, the Endowment Fund launched a new call for projects, with the support of 10 patron partners, from all non-profit organizations eligible for patronage. The initiatives carried out by the associations had to fall into one of the following categories:

• Accommodation: offer sustainable housing solutions, fight against fuel poverty and promote quality housing.
• Support: training in eco-friendly actions and controlling energy consumption, promoting integration and access to rights, raising awareness about health, hygiene and domestic risks.
• Research: improve energy performance, thermal and acoustic comfort, improve air quality, installations and fire risk prevention, promote sustainable materials and renewable energies.
• Digital: put new technologies at the service of housing, train in new uses, develop applications and platforms for solidarity services.

23 projects rewarded by the 2023 Endowment Fund and its sponsoring partners [1]

From nearly 200 applications, the QUALITEL Endowment Fund and its sponsoring partners selected 23 solidarity initiatives:

• 16 in the “Accommodation” category including 2 supported by Rockwool, 3 by Pierre Etoile, 2 by FASE, 1 by Qualibat and 1 by the Fédération des Elevators;
• 3 in the “Support and Education” category, including 1 supported by BNP Paribas Immobilier;
• 3 in the “Research” category;
• 1 in the “Digital” category.

Philippe Estingoy, future President of the QUALITEL Endowment Fund

Successor to Chantal Jannet, who chaired the foundation since its creation in 2011, Philippe Estingoy, administrator of the QUALITEL Endowment Fund for 10 years, has always shown great interest in supporting projects in favor of housing for the most disadvantaged.

He took office on January 1, 2024.
