Quadral Group acquires the France Patrimoine Expertise expert firm

Quadral acquires a recognized player in luxury and prestige real estate

Based in Nice and founded in 1995 by Christophe Bérard, France Patrimoine Expertise carries out appraisal missions in market value for institutional clients (banking establishments, notaries, accountants, family offices, etc.). The company intervenes in the context of financing, donations, inheritances or even for the real estate wealth tax (IFI).

The company is organized around two activities:

• Assessment of the market and rental value of luxury and prestige goods
• Auditing and consulting for monitoring large-scale operations

Following this acquisition, the Nice firm joined the Quadral Group. Christophe Bérard supported the sale with the existing team as Senior Advisor. “Passing on my experience, my knowledge and my passion for expertise are my new missions”, He says.

• Commercial real estate (offices, shops, warehouses, managed real estate, land charges, long-term leases, etc.)

The group is also strengthening its presence in the south-east of France, mainly targeting the Côte d'Azur region, where many of the iconic properties appraised by France Patrimoine Expertise over the last 30 years are located.
