A new, more fluid and ergonomic interface
In graphic harmony with the other solutions of the ELCIA Group, the Diapason interface has been redesigned with new ergonomics, a refined visual (icons, user menu, tabs of open applications for easy switching, etc.) and a new, easier navigation and fluid (search area, favorites, criteria ...). Completely adapted to daily use and business constraints, this new interface allows teams to get started quickly and easily, for a better user experience and immediate efficiency.
Intended initially for ADV Services (quotes, orders, tariffs) and Invoicing Services (customer invoices, invoice statements), the new Diapason interface enables order tracking, product configuration and information retrieval. clearer for the user.

How did this new version of Diapason come about?
As part of our ScoreFact 2019 labeling, an audit was carried out by an independent body with a sample of our users. The objective was to collect their feedback and their wishes for optimization. The modernization of the Diapason interface emerged as one of the areas for improvement most awaited by our installed base. Following this, we launched the “new interface” project in 2019. During the first quarter, Stéphanie PEYROT, Product Owner at ISIA, carried out workshops with around ten Diapason clients. This allowed us to collect, transcribe and understand the needs around the user experience of the ERP and specialized carpentry technical configurator.
How did it develop?
The project was not easy! We had to start with a lot of restructuring and refactoring of the existing to allow Diapason to take a technological turn. The new interface is the first brick of future developments. This new version of Diapason is the result of many hours of development and I would like to take this opportunity to say a big congratulations to the entire ISIA team.
What is the main benefit of this new version for Diapason users?
Usability! It is an essential criterion in the choice of a software because it is what makes it possible to improve the productivity and the efficiency of the company but also the working environment of the collaborators. The usability of Diapason has been improved in particular thanks to its new more intuitive and airy interface with a modern design. Navigation and information search are simplified and this makes the onboarding of new employees much easier.
