Augmented thanks to various digital devices, they are already supporting the actors concerned until the opening of the doors of the exhibitions which will be held from October 3 to 6, 2022, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
Organized by RX France, Afisb1 and Uniclima2, the Mondial du Bâtiment and its three exhibitions BATIMAT, IDÉOBAIN and INTERCLIMA now offer a completely revisited model in order to fully help professionals to anticipate the changes facing the building sectors. , the city and the territories. For this, they are now based on two essential pillars:
- Physical events and highlights reinvented during the 4 days of the show;
- An unprecedented 365-day system allowing professionals to learn and share information on a daily basis, thanks to various digital tools.
Launched last April, the new format of physical exhibitions augmented by digital technology has registered a certain interest and a high participation rate on the part of building stakeholders (list of exhibitors in appendix 1), whether they are suppliers of solutions and innovations for the construction and renovation of all types of buildings.
2/3 of the exhibition space already sold or reserved
The expected return to the renovated Porte de Versailles exhibition center in Paris created a positive dynamic and aroused strong enthusiasm from companies.
In view of the registrations already registered, BATIMAT, IDÉOBAIN and INTERCLIMA are shaping up to be the unmissable event for building, architecture and city professionals in 2022.
One year from its opening, the Mondial du Bâtiment already brings together 543 exhibitors in the 6 pavilions of the Expo Park at Porte de Versailles. Reservations already cover almost 2/3 of the exhibition area, the total of which is equal to 136 m². Also of note is the return of many companies from different sectors, which had abandoned the shows when they were held in Villepinte (presented in the list of exhibitors in appendix 000).
- The BATIMAT fair, organized in pavilions 1, 4, 5 and 6, records the registration of 402 exhibitors, 25% of whom are newcomers. 63% of the exhibition space are thus already sold or reserved.
- The IDÉOBAIN trade fair, organized in pavilion 2, records the registration of 51 exhibitors, 29% of whom are newcomers. 70% of the exhibition space are thus already sold or reserved.
- The INTERCLIMA trade fair, organized in pavilion 3, records the registration of 90 exhibitors, 33% of whom are newcomers. 70% of the exhibition space are thus already sold or reserved.
In addition to the return to Paris, companies have also reacted positively to the shorter duration of the exhibitions and to the new exhibition format with a new exhibition logic. They were therefore very welcome to be able to choose their location upon registration and the prospect of an increased return on investment (ROI).
Trade fairs committed to building stakeholders
Very promising, the 2022 edition of the Mondial du Bâtiment will also propose the highlighting of new sectors with great prospects and the promotion of emerging trends, driven by regulatory changes, changes in uses or by societal awareness. .
Thanks to the creation of new exhibition spaces and the organization of dedicated highlights, the 3 BATIMAT, IDÉOBAIN and INTERCLIMA fairs will provide the means to shed light on the major challenges of the construction and renovation of buildings: Environment; Climate, Productivity; Users and Residents; Trades (detail in the presentation of the conference).
An unprecedented digital transformation
Upstream of physical fairs, the enthusiasm of building stakeholders around the Mondial du Bâtiment is also expressed through digital technology and its many means of expression.
In particular, through Batiradio, the first webradio in the sector, created two years ago, whose audience figures show that it is establishing itself as the main source of podcast with building stakeholders. Over a period of one month, this link of exchanges and decryption between professionals recorded an average of 1 downloads and 50 podcast listenings.
More recently, broadcast every month on Batiradio, the live morning video podcast Les Rendez-vous du Mondial du Bâtiment enlivens the sector's community and welcomes many players recognized for their expertise. Since April 2021, the Rendez-vous du Mondial du Bâtiment have welcomed various major witnesses such as the Minister of Housing Emmanuelle Wargon, the Minister Delegate in charge of Foreign Trade and Attractiveness Franck Riester, the President of the Sustainable Building Plan Philippe Pelletier, Frédéric Boissier, General Delegate of ADEME, as well as more than 100 specialists around various topical subjects such as RE2020, REP, the France Relance plan, energy renovation in the regions, construction 4.0, building trades , trends and design etc.
Broadcast live every first Friday of each month, Les Rendez-vous du Mondial du Bâtiment records an average of 1000 listeners per program, of which 1/3 live and 2/3 in replay. demonstrating the interest of professionals in maintaining links throughout the year.
To go even further in the complementarity between digital and physical meetings that will take place in October 2022, the Mondial du Bâtiment is now offering batiadvisor.fr, a new site for "augmented" trade fairs. This space for information, for deciphering trends and for promoting innovation relies on the expertise developed in recent years in terms of referencing by the BATIMAT, IDÉOBAIN and INTERCLIMA exhibitions, to offer a unique blog.
This will bring together the business worlds of the 3 Mondial du Bâtiment exhibitions. Professionals will be able to get in touch with the brands, give their opinion or their assessments and will have tools adapted to their needs:

- A search engine for products / solutions and suppliers.

- Demo videos;

Finally, during the 4 days of the 2022 edition of the Mondial du Bâtiment, the BATIMAT, IDÉOBAIN and INTERCLIMA fairs will offer a digital experience allowing remote attendance to a large part of the content of the physical fairs.
