The new MaPrimeRénov' scales for the heating installation running on renewable energies have been published

The increase in MaPrimeRénov' flat rates for the installation of heating appliances running on renewable energies is now confirmed. A decree published in the Official Journal of April 12, 2022 announces the increase of 1.000 euros for the packages concerned for owner-occupiers, landlords and other holders of a real estate right conferring the use of housing.

The decree separates the premium applications concerned into two categories:

• Bonus applications submitted between April 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022.
• Bonus applications submitted from January 1, 2023.

For premium application files submitted between April 12, 2022 and December 31, 2022, the flat rate amounts will be as follows:

• Boilers with automatic feed running on wood or other biomass:
  • 11.000 euros for very modest households,
  • 9.000 euros for modest households,
  • 5.000 euros for intermediate households.
• Manually fed boilers running on wood or other biomass:
  • 9.000 euros for very modest households,
  • 7.500 euros for modest households,
  • 4.000 euros for intermediate households.
• Heating production equipment powered by solar thermal energy:
  • 11.000 euros for very modest households,
  • 9.000 euros for modest households,
  • 5.000 euros for intermediate households.
• Geothermal or solar-thermal heat pumps:
  • 11.000 euros for very modest households,
  • 9.000 euros for modest households,
  • 5.000 euros for intermediate households.
• Air/water heat pump:
  • 5.000 euros for very modest households,
  • 4.000 euros for modest households,
  • 3.000 euros for intermediate households.

This same decree ratified the end of the financing of the installation of high energy performance gas boilers from January 1, 2023.
