The Millet Group formalizes the acquisition of Acibois

Remaining faithful to this philosophy, it has just acquired since March 12, the company ACIBOIS, a historic company specializing in high-end custom wood joinery.

Since 1930, ACIBOIS, a family business, designs and manufactures custom doors, windows, shutters and gates. In 90 years of existence, the company has forged a solid reputation and specialized in the manufacture and restoration of traditional joinery intended to dress castles, manors, or even Parisian Haussmannian buildings which represent 90% of its turnover business. With the expertise of its highly qualified carpenters, ACIBOIS is in fact able to restore and reproduce identical fittings, carriage doors, planed arched joinery…

MILLET's projects for ACIBOIS

If for the MILLET Group, perpetuating this tradition of French carpentry sounded obvious, the same applies to the support of ACIBOIS to allow it to grow and evolve.

Consequently, the group initially plans to renew the link with employees and historical customers, forced to change suppliers in recent weeks following the cessation of activity. Then in a second step to modernize the production tools of the company to offer the possibility to its 37 employees to work in optimal conditions and more efficiently.

Numerically controlled machines should soon support the production of the SME.
