The MaPrimeRénov' platform is available again after a computer outage

The Agency has been carrying out maintenance operations for several days to cope with the large number of visits since the public renovation grants counter reopened.

Individuals and their professional companions can finally submit their aid applications, without risking an error message, seven days after the official resumption of the system, which was put on hold during the summer.

"Technical infrastructure strengthening measures have been implemented, allowing the platform (monprojet.anah.gouv.fr) to be accessible again on Tuesday, October 7," and "an automatic queuing system" has been put in place, Anah explains on Linkedin.

On Thursday, Anah, which manages MaPrimeRénov' and other home renovation schemes, claimed to have received "nearly 150.000 connections (...) in 2 hours, ten times more than usual" on September 30.

"At this stage, 1.700 major renovation applications have been submitted, out of a maximum capacity of 13.000 applications" by the end of the year, the public body added.

The MaPrimeRénov' scheme has seen a surge in the number of applications submitted since the end of 2024 for renovation projects combining several types of work to improve the energy performance of their homes. The government had declared a pause in June to relieve pressure on the processing services, examine suspected cases of fraud, and review the scheme.

The window for applications for major renovation grants finally reopened on Tuesday, with more restrictive and less generous conditions than before, and quotas of a maximum of 13.000 applications by the end of the year, but which will not be funded before 2026.
