The flexibility of a platform combined with the experience of a specialized group
In just under 20 years, LIP has established itself in the sectoral landscape of temporary work and recruitment. The group specializes in temporary recruitment, CDD and CDI in industry, construction, transport, logistics, tertiary and services. During November, LIP chooses to put recruiters and candidates directly and very simply in contact via the Seekube platform for its first digital recruitment fair. A specialist in digital fairs, Seekube is a HelloWork tool that allows online meetings between candidates and companies. In 2021, it was more than 170.000 meetings organized by the platform!
Promising figures and recruitment prospects
From October 24, candidates will be able to register on the Seekube platform and apply for offers from recruiters by sending their CV. Then they will be able to directly select a slot in the agenda of the recruiter(s) to discuss during a 15-minute video meeting which will be held between November 15 and 18. For recruiters: flexibility and agility to meet candidates
For 4 days recruiters (who will have published their offers upstream on the platform), will be able to register according to their availability (from one hour of time, for example) but also without limit, because several people from the same agency will be able to participate to discuss with the candidates. They will have the CV library at their disposal and will be able to add availability slots, accept or refuse an appointment...
A new way to recruit online to reach candidates throughout France
Concretely : From October 24, candidates will be able to register on the platform, read job offers, submit their CVs and have access to recruiters' diaries to register for the slots offered.
At the same time, recruiters will receive CVs and appointment proposals according to their availability and will choose to accept or decline appointments depending on the match between the position offered and the application received.
From 15 to 18 November: recruiters and candidates will meet for a 15-minute video interview. This first exchange will allow each recruiter to pre-qualify the application and if the latter is considered interesting, it will give rise to a second appointment in the agency for the registration of the candidate.
