Following Emmanuel Macron's latest announcements made last night in order to cope with the acceleration of the Covid-19 epidemic, the restrictions already in force in 19 departments now extend to the entire territory. The provisions recommended in the latest version of the guide to health safety recommendations, published by the OPPBTP on March 24, nevertheless allow construction and public works companies to ensure the continuity of their activity.
The only additional provision to be taken into account is the possibility of resorting to partial activity for construction workers who are obliged to look after their children under 16 and for whom teleworking is not possible. The move follows the government's decision to close schools for three weeks, April 6-26.
“After too long months of mobilization against this epidemic which results in fatigue and lassitude, all companies must redouble their attention, in particular during breaks and meals. " recalls Paul Duphil, Secretary General of the OPPBTP.
