The Kramer group is once again a candidate for the acquisition of the Jacob Delafon industrial site in Damparis in the Jura

The Kramer group had officially positioned itself as a possible buyer on February 5 and withdrew its offer on February 26 following. In a tense social context, the Kramer group did not wish to be held responsible for a postponement of the PSE (set for March 3), while being unable to meet the conditions and deadlines imposed by the Kohler group, with regard to the opacity shown by the Kohler group in terms of information.

With the support of the State, the Region and its commercial partners, the Kramer group reaffirms its involvement in the safeguarding of a historic site and in the preservation of jobs. He now has the confidence of the staff at the Damparis site.

In a different context today and after the signing of the PSE, the Kramer group's project is based on a new activity that no longer depends on the Kohler group, with a hiring progression program in which future ex-employees will be welcome.

Through this acquisition, the Kramer group still intends to diversify its activities, logically expanding its offer on the entire sanitary market (ceramics and valves) at national and export level, according to the values ​​of Made in France.
