Upgrading the skills of working professionals, with a constant increase in the number of people who have taken FEEBAT training, new modules (including condominiums), deployment of actions in initial training...: the FEEBAT program actively participates in the objective of massification the energy renovation of buildings, a national priority.
State of play FEEBAT – Axis 1 - initial training: a large deployment in progress, particularly awaited
The teaching of energy renovation is a major challenge to enable future professionals to have the necessary skills in this market tomorrow. Last April, the Government also announced that, within the framework of the reform of the vocational high school, and more specifically the overhaul of the training map, the emphasis should henceforth be placed on the professions of the future such as energy renovation.
This initial training component corresponds to axis 1 of the FEEBAT program, the deployment of which has accelerated in recent months, with:
- Two first dedicated modules, deployed since the beginning of 2023, with high school teachers and OFA-CFA2 trainers: M0 - "The challenges of energy renovation" and M1 - "Principles of energy performance". Objective: to accelerate the handling of these subjects by teachers and trainers so that they are taught quickly and massively to pupils, apprentices, students of the diplomas, levels and sectors concerned. 47% of the academies have already programmed a training action on these first 2 modules, intended for their teachers and trainers.
- More than 10.000 National Education teachers and OFA-CFA trainers, all statuses combined, to be trained by 2025, in order to consolidate their skills base on improving the energy efficiency of buildings and help them to integrate the resources created by FEEBAT into the training courses.
- 56 training actions planned since the beginning of 2023, involving more than 750 teachers and trainers.
State of play FEEBAT - Axis 2 - continuing education: sustained and continuous development
First axis historically deployed by the FEEBAT program, the continuing education of working professionals has continued to develop over the years, with:
- Since the creation of the program, nearly 200.000 professionals who have taken training have been financially supported under the program. There are 3 times more trainees if we count those who have not been covered by FEEBAT.
- More than 26.000 people supported since 2018 (58% in the building sector - excluding renewable energies, 33% for training on thermal renewable energies supported since 2020 and 9% for the MOE (architects)).
- Of these 26 professionals, 000 saw their training covered by FEEBAT between July 7.300 and July 2022, including 2023% on building modules excluding renewable energy, 45% on renewable energy, which is constantly increasing, and 50% for modules EOM.
- Since 2018, steady progress:
The most popular FEEBAT training courses:
- For building companies and craftsmen: RENOVE module “Become Technical Manager in energy renovation of housing”, training leading to the RGE for areas other than renewables;
- For renewables: “Heat pump in individual housing”;
- For the MOE: "DynaMOE 1".
The most active regions:
- Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, with 4.400 trainees having had their training covered by FEEBAT;
- Grand-Est, with 3.400 trainees;
- Nouvelle-Aquitaine, with 3.100 trainees.
Finally, the FEEBAT training offer was expanded with the launch, last May, of DynaMOE COPRO, intended for architects and project managers and continues to develop with the preparation of modules dedicated to Overseas France.
