Accelerating the ecological transition, one of France Relance's 3 priorities, is a major collective challenge and an opportunity for, in particular, VSEs and SMEs. In order to support them in their transition, VSEs and SMEs will be able, thanks to France Relance, to benefit from a free individual diagnosis carried out by an advisor from a Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA) or a Chamber of commerce and industry (CCI) to measure the ecological maturity of the company from which will result a concrete action plan that the company can implement.
Companies wishing to benefit from more in-depth assistance in the implementation of these recommendations may be assisted in carrying out actions and enhancing their approaches, for example:
- In the search for financing (investment, study, training),
- In optimizing their mode of production or operation (energy, premises, raw materials, waste, water, mobility)
- To initiate an individual or collective environmental recognition process (Envol label, Imprim'vert, Eco-Challenges, Repar'acteurs, etc.).
Thanks to the 15 million euros allocated by France Relance, the networks of CCIs and CMAs in France will carry out 35.000 diagnoses and 10.000 support actions within the framework of this exceptional mechanism. A steering committee made up of the General Directorate for Enterprises, the General Commissariat for Sustainable Development, ADEME and the two consular networks will be set up. This system complements the measures for the ecological transition of VSEs and SMEs already implemented within the framework of France Relance.
On this occasion, Barbara Pompili declared: “The companies that will be successful tomorrow are those that will have integrated the challenges of ecological transition into their strategy early enough. With France Relance, we massively support business leaders in this transformation, at all stages of their thinking: diagnosis, studies, investment support. "
Alain Griset said: “The ecological transition, a major issue for our economy, has also emerged as a necessity for responsible growth for VSEs and SMEs. I am delighted to launch this France Relance mechanism, which will make it possible to raise awareness but above all to support business leaders in their transition, with the key to an individualized action plan adapted to their activities. "
Pierre Goguet, President of CCI France declared: "Let us collectively draw the contours of a more sustainable and responsible economy!" Let us participate together in the economic dynamics of the country with this France Relance system. To do this, the CCI network is committed to the State to strengthen its mobilization for the benefit of very small and medium-sized enterprises. As a local partner in the territories, the CCIs work alongside business leaders to raise their awareness, support and assist them in their ecological transition. Together, let's take up the challenge and build a greener economy ”.
Joël Fourny, President of CMA France declared: “Many craft businesses are, sometimes without knowing it, concrete and effective players in sustainable development and respect for the environment. Proximity circuit for supplies, reduction of packaging, fight against food waste, energy renovation of buildings, reduction of energy consumption through home automation, repair activities to reduce the purchase of imported products ..., however we must go further in our role as ambassadors of the green, sustainable and circular economy. Thanks to this ambitious and innovative program, the objective of the CMA network is to support a new virtuous dynamic in the regions on a large scale and thus demonstrate that it is possible to reconcile ecological issues, economic interests and the development of craft businesses. ".
