The GGL group acquires the development companies Loger Habitat and Carré Constructeur

The GGL group, originally from Montpellier and located in the great South, is thus strengthening its activity in residential and tertiary development and is establishing itself in the Hauts de France, the Grand Est, Normandy and the North of Paris. With this acquisition, the group will bring together nearly 200 employees for a turnover of 300 million.

Founded in 1960 in Lille, Loger Habitat has in 60 years become a benchmark local player in residential real estate, a partner of communities in the context of urban renewal initiatives.

Carré Constructeur has been involved for more than 40 years in commercial real estate (offices, business premises, warehouses) and in the development of business parks, tertiary or commercial.

Daniel Dorchies, founder and Chairman of D Immobilier group, thus sells these two subsidiaries with the objective of transmission based on the sharing of common human and professional values. For Alain Guiraudon, Jacques Guipponi and Jean-Marc Leygue, founders and Managing Partners of the GGL group, this external growth operation is a real accelerator of development at the national level.

For the sake of continuity, the names of Loger Habitat and Carré Constructeur will be retained and GGL will rely on their 45 employees to carry out ongoing operations and future development.

Guillaume Pastour Managing Director of Carré Constructeur and Jean-Michel Sede, Managing Director of Loger Habitat will be associated with the capital of these companies. They will continue to develop the activities of the two subsidiaries and will help to implement synergies between the teams and the various activities of the group: urban planning and rehabilitation, real estate development, management of new uses relating to mobility and health.
