The Galia real estate group announces the launch of work on Atlas, a new mixed-use building project

Close to the Buttes Chaumont park and the jovial Bas Belleville district of Paris, this real estate project led by the Galia group and the architecture and urban planning agency TVK hides its game well. Once the building's porch in freestone, a mixed program is revealed immersed in a wooded landscape.

A real estate complex in a family and dynamic environment

In the lively district of Belleville, the Atlas project is ideally located between the bucolic parks of Buttes Chaumont and Butte Bergeyre, shops, restaurants and homes that attract many families.

It is in the peaceful rue de l'Atlas that this 4 m² real estate project is located: a restructuring of the 331 residential building on the street and a new project at the bottom of the plot.

A mixed project with strong architectural lines that leaves room for space and vegetation

Atlas is a real estate complex that includes the renovation of 37 apartments designed by interior designer and decorator Aurélie Keime of the decoder agency, as well as the renovation of the building's freestone facade and the construction of the building new by the architecture and urban planning agency TVK.

Built in the heart of the block, the new project replaces a disused industrial hall.

This new building with strong architectural lines makes it possible to reintroduce a largely planted garden in the open ground at the heart of the project. This makes it possible to distribute a mixed and flexible program: 1300 m² of offices, a room dedicated to sports and collective uses (CINASPIC) of 940 m² and new housing opening onto large terraces and extensions, and renovations of housing old.

The open ground garden and the hanging gardens are created by the François Hérisset agency. They bring to the project a natural breath in the heart of Paris.

"This project is part of a very Parisian context, with an urban fabric typical of the suburban districts of the capital. This new building draws its essence from an architectural vocabulary linked to this city but also from the industrial and artisanal spirit, in order to to evoke in watermark the history of this site", comments Antoine Viger-Kohler of Agence TVK.
